炭吸附法治疗重型破伤风的临床与实验研究

目的探讨炭吸附法清除破伤风毒素治疗成人重型破伤风的临床疗效,并通过动物实验证实炭吸附法清除破伤风毒素的效能。方法将重型破伤风患者分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组用炭吸附法+常规治疗,对照组用常规治疗。在实验室,将破伤风毒素静脉注入兔子体内以制备破伤风动物模型,发病后用炭吸附法清除破伤风毒素,检测炭吸附法前后血液中破伤风毒素的含量变化。结果实验兔使用炭吸附法后,血清中破伤风毒素的含量下降80%以上。临床中,治疗组6例均抢救成功,痊愈出院:对照组13例,8例死亡。结论炭吸附法能消除破伤风患者血液中的大量破伤风毒素。该方法有效安全简单,能早期控制症状,减少并发症与死亡率。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tetanus toxin removal by carbon adsorption in the treatment of adult patients with severe tetanus and confirm the effectiveness of tetanus toxin removal by carbon adsorption in animal experiments. Methods The patients with severe tetanus were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with carbon adsorption + routine treatment, and the control group with conventional treatment. In the laboratory, tetanus toxin was injected intravenously into rabbits to prepare animal models of tetanus. After the onset of tetanus toxoid was removed by carbon adsorption method, and the content of tetanus toxin in blood before and after carbon adsorption was measured. Results After using charcoal adsorption method, the content of tetanus toxin in serum decreased more than 80%. Clinically, the treatment group 6 patients were successfully rescued, discharged: the control group of 13 cases, 8 patients died. Conclusion The carbon adsorption method can eliminate a large amount of tetanus toxin in the blood of patients with tetanus. The method is effective and safe, can control symptoms early and reduce complications and mortality.
