目的通过对汶川地震中受灾学生的调查分析,了解受灾学生的心理健康状况,为心理干预提供依据。方法对193名在汶川地震中受灾学生,采用心理学症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行测试,对获得的数据使用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果1女生在SCL-90的人际敏感、抑郁、敌对、恐怖等因子的得分和男生的得分差异有统计学意义;2亲历教学楼倒塌与目击教学楼倒塌学生之间,SCL-90各因子得分均有统计学意义。结论汶川地震对学生的心理伤害是巨大的,我们应采取及时、有效的措施对不同性别,不同经历的学生进行灾后心理干预。
Objective To investigate the mental health of students affected by the Wenchuan earthquake and to provide basis for psychological intervention. Methods A total of 193 students affected by the Wenchuan earthquake were tested with SCL-90, and SPSS13.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results 1 SCL-90 interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, terror and other factors score and boys score difference was statistically significant; 2 experienced the collapse of the teaching building collapsed and witnessed collapse of the teaching building, SCL-90 scores of each factor All have statistical significance. Conclusions The psychological damage to students caused by the Wenchuan earthquake is enormous. We should take prompt and effective measures to deal with post-disaster psychological interventions for students of different genders and experiences.
