目的探讨血液透析室空气净化层流病房投入使用的微生物监控情况。方法系统回顾本院血液透析室空气净化层流病房投入使用前后病房空气、物体表面、医护人员手、透析液进口、出口、透析用水的细菌菌落总数及合格率。结果血液透析室使用层流前病房空气、物体表面、细菌菌落总数监测的合格率分别为95.14%、94.6%,使用后均为100%,而使用前后空气、物体表面细菌菌落总数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医护人员手及透析液进口、出口、透析用水的细菌菌落总数及合格率比较差别无统计学意义。结论层流病房能起到清除细菌的作用,值得临床推广应用;同时还应加强消毒灭菌及感染控制。
Objective To investigate the microbiological monitoring of air purification ward in hemodialysis room. Methods The total number of bacterial colonies and passing rate of bacterial airplanes in air, surface, medical staff, dialysate import, export and dialysis water before and after the air purification laminar flow ward of the hospital hemodialysis room was put into operation were systematically reviewed. Results The qualified rates of air in the ward before use of laminar flow in the hemodialysis room were 95.14% and 94.6% respectively after monitoring the surface of the objects and the number of bacterial colonies. After the use, the total number of bacterial colonies on the surface of the air was statistically different (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the total number of bacterial colonies and passing rate among the medical staff’s hand and dialysis fluid’s import, export and dialysis water. Conclusions The laminar flow ward can play a role of removing bacteria and is worth popularizing and applying. At the same time, it should be strengthened to sterilize, sterilize and control infection.
