主题班会是班主任对学生进行全面发展教育,树立健康舆论,培养良好班集体的重要途径,也是学生自我教育和民主管理的重要形式。将初中思想品德与主题班会相整合既有利于学生自我教育和民主管理,促进学生个体与班集体共同发展,又能很好地促进班主任的专业化成长。作者就初中思想品德与主题班会的整合进行分析探讨,旨在帮助学生提高道德素质,形成健康的心理品质,成为有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的好公民。
The theme class will be the class teacher to conduct an all-round development of education for students, establish a healthy public opinion, an important way to develop a good class collective, but also an important form of student self-education and democratic management. The integration of junior high school ideological and moral characteristics with the theme class will not only help students self-education and democratic management, promote the common development of individual students and class collective, but also to promote the professionalism of the class teacher well. The author analyzes and discusses the integration of junior middle school ideological and moral classes and the theme classes to help students improve their moral qualities, form healthy mental qualities, and become good citizens with ideal, morality, culture and discipline.
