空调工程中,如何正确地测量空气的湿球温度是个十分重要的问题。目前,常用取样装置(图1)以对被测空气进行取样测量的办法,来测量某一风道断面(或某一空气环境)上空气的干、湿球温度的平均值。为了使所测得的干、湿球温度的平均值能真正代表实际情况,首先要正确地设计取样管,务使从风道断面上各区抽取的风量相等,只有这样,样品空气才具有代表性;其次,是要保证流过湿球温包的空气流速不低于4米/秒,否则,将直接影响到所测出的湿球温度的准确性。
In air conditioning engineering, how to measure the wet bulb temperature of air is a very important issue. At present, commonly used sampling devices (Fig. 1) measure the dry and wet bulb air temperatures on a section of air duct (or an air environment) by sampling and measuring the air to be measured. In order to make the average of the measured dry and wet bulb temperatures truly represent the actual situation, we must first design the sampling tube correctly so that the amount of air extracted from each section on the air passage section is equal. Only in this way, the sample air is representative. Secondly, it is necessary to ensure that the flow rate of air flowing through the wet bulb package is not less than 4 m/s, otherwise it will directly affect the accuracy of the measured wet bulb temperature.
