中国质量管理协会于一九八六年二月十八日在无锡召开第五次年会。出席年会的代表及理事共二百六十三人,国家经委副主任盛树仁同志参加了年会,并向大会做了鼓舞人心的讲话。宋季文理事长在年会上做了工作报告,总结了中国质协第二届理事会三年以来在推动我国质量管理事业方面所做的工作及取得的显著成绩。会议审议了中国质协“七五”期 The China Quality Management Association held its fifth annual meeting in Wuxi on February 18, 1986. A total of 263 delegates and members attended the annual meeting. Comrade Sheng Shuren, deputy director of the State Economic Commission, attended the annual meeting and made an inspiring speech to the conference. Director Song Jiwen gave a work report at the annual meeting and summed up the work done by the Second Council of the China Quality Association in promoting the quality management of China for the past three years and its remarkable achievements. The meeting reviewed the “Seventh Five-year” period of the China Quality Association
