目的:比较慈航丹方药3种方法提取液(SBE液、WE液、AE液)对大鼠在体子宫平滑肌的影响。方法:以大鼠在体子宫平滑肌收缩频率、收缩幅度和收缩张力为指标,比较慈航丹方药3种方法提取液对大鼠在体子宫平滑肌的作用。结果:慈航丹方药3种方法提取液均能显著性地降低大鼠子宫平滑肌运动的频率、幅度和张力(P<0.05);其中SBE提取液表现出更强的抑制作用(P<0.05)。结论:慈航丹方药3种方法提取液对大鼠在体子宫平滑肌的收缩均具有抑制作用,其中SBE提取液的抑制作用最强。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effects of three extraction methods (SBE solution, WE solution and AE solution) of Cihangdan recipe on rat uterine smooth muscle. Methods: The contraction and contraction of rat uterine smooth muscle in vivo were used as indexes to compare the effects of Cihangdan recipe on rat uterine smooth muscle. Results: The extracts from Cihangdan recipe could significantly decrease the frequency, amplitude and tension of uterine smooth muscle in rats (P <0.05), and the extract of SBE showed stronger inhibitory effect (P <0.05) . CONCLUSION: The extracts of Cihangdan recipe can inhibit the contraction of rat uterine smooth muscle in vitro, and the extract of SBE extract has the strongest inhibitory effect.
