电力系统频率控制是电力系统运行的一项重要内容,如何实现市场环境下的系统频率稳定控制也是电力市场面临的挑战之一。当前我国的模拟电力市场采用与频率挂钩的电价来辅助系统频率控制,取得了一些好的效果,但也存在潜在的稳定性问题。从实时电价理论出发,分析讨论实时电价对系统频率控制的可能性,并用一个简单的电价—频率控制系统模拟了不同控制手段的稳定特性。
Power system frequency control is an important part of power system operation. How to achieve stable control of system frequency in a market environment is also one of the challenges that the power market faces. At present, the simulated electricity market in China uses the frequency-linked electricity price to assist the system frequency control and achieves some good results, but there are also potential stability issues. Based on the real-time electricity price theory, the possibility of real-time electricity price control on the system frequency is analyzed and discussed. A simple electricity price-frequency control system is used to simulate the stability characteristics of different control measures.
