压缩机实现无油润滑,不仅是当前发展化肥生产工艺中不可少的一个重要环节,而且还是现代空间技术、国防、化工、石油炼制、冶金、食品以及医药等工业部门所不能缺少的装备。就化肥生产技术来说,压缩机实现无油润滑,不但可以简化装备和生产管理、降低成本、节省大量高级润滑油,而且可以防止合成工艺流程中的触媒中毒现象,延长使用寿命,为进一步增产化肥提供有利条件。近年来,尿素生产采用高温高压下气提法合成新工艺中,如果压缩气体中含有一定量的油份,则会影响合成时的热效应,甚至有发生爆炸的危险。因此,要求压缩机必须无油润滑工作。研究具有自润滑性能的活塞环、填料及支承环等材料,成为一项关键的任务。
