目的太空环境的复杂苛刻性对航天材料的保温效果提出了极高要求,导热系数是评价材料导热能力的重要参数之一。本文希望测试航天织物类材料在太空环境下的导热系数。方法利用温度可调的真空舱模拟太空环境(超低温、真空),并设计一种基于稳态法测试导热系数的装置,对2种航天织物材料在4种不同环境下的导热系数进行测试。结果得到了不同环境下材料的导热系数。结论织物的导热系数随环境温度、压强改变而改变,辐射传热是织物导热(尤其是真空环境下)的重要影响因素。
Objective The complex and demanding environment of space environment puts great demands on the thermal insulation effect of aerospace materials. The thermal conductivity is one of the important parameters to evaluate the thermal conductivity of materials. This article hopes to test the thermal conductivity of aerospace fabric materials in space environment. Methods The space environment (ultra-low temperature and vacuum) was simulated by a temperature-adjustable vacuum chamber, and a device based on the steady-state method for testing the thermal conductivity was designed to test the thermal conductivity of two kinds of space fabric materials in four different environments. The results obtained under different environmental thermal conductivity of the material. Conclusion The thermal conductivity of fabric changes with the change of ambient temperature and pressure. The radiative heat transfer is an important factor in thermal conductivity of fabrics, especially in vacuum environment.
