介绍静电加速器的结构以及调试中出现的离子源不放电、控制系统失灵、加速管破裂等技术问题,分析出现这些问题的原因以及解决办法,研究了绝缘气体的成分、压力以及湿度对加速器耐压特性的影响,在11.5MPA由氮气、二氧化碳和六氟化硫组成的绝缘气体(其体积比为75: 20:5)下,得到了3.1MEV、106ΜA稳定的质子束。
