现阶段正处于我国档案馆建设的高潮期,提升和完善档案馆建筑的功能作用,是当前乃至今后较长时期档案事业发展与档案安全保护的重要内容。绿色档案馆建筑与国家经济建设的目标相一致,建立绿色档案馆基础上的管理保护模式,实现环保、节能、低碳和舒适的建筑功能,能够促进档案安全保护工作高效开展。一、低碳环保节能是我国档案事业的发展诉求我国目前的发展模式是高耗能的,二氧化碳排放量居世界第二,仅次于美同。中国正处在快速工业化和城市化进程之中,能源供给和能源安全已经成为制约中国工业化的主要因素。中国的低碳经济之路刚刚起步,需要走出一条适合中同自己的低碳经济发展之路。
