实验用21月龄大白鼠作为衰老模型,给服中药强身丹30天后,检测老年大白鼠肝、脑组织及血浆中SOD、LPO的含量。结果:强身丹和维生素E均能提高老年大鼠肝、脑组织及血浆中SOD的活力,同时能降低其中LPO的含量,强身丹和维生素E给药组与模型组比较有显著性差异,而且与6月龄的青年大白鼠比较无显著性差异,强身丹和维生素E比较亦无显著差异。表明强身丹具有抗衰延寿的作用。
The 21-month-old rat was used as an aging model to test the content of SOD and LPO in the liver, brain tissue and plasma of the aged rats 30 days after the administration of Chinese medicine Qiangkendan. Results: Both Qiandandan and Vitamin E can increase the activity of SOD in the liver, brain and plasma of aged rats, and reduce the content of LPO in them. There is a significant difference between Qiangdan and vitamin E administration groups and the model group. There was no significant difference from the 6-month-old young rats, and there was no significant difference between TZD and vitamin E. Shows that the body has the role of anti-life extension.
