对稳态二维空调车室内空气流动速度分布和温度分布进行了数值模拟,采用贴体坐标划分计算网格和SIMPLEST数值计算方法,考虑了自然对流对空气流场的影响,紊流模型采用K-ε模型,应用整体求解法计算固气耦合传热问题.计算了在一定进口雷诺数下,不同送风角度时空调车室内空气流动的速度场和温度场的变化.本文的计算结果为空调车室内气流组织的优化设计和空调车室的舒适性进风控制研究奠定了基础.
The numerical simulation of indoor air velocity distribution and temperature distribution in steady-state two-dimensional air-conditioned vehicle was carried out. The calculation grid and SIMPLEST numerical calculation method were adopted. The influence of natural convection on air flow field was considered. The turbulence model adopted K -ε model to solve the problem of solid-gas coupled heat transfer using the whole solution method. The change of velocity field and temperature field of air-conditioned indoor air flow under certain inlet Reynolds number and air supply angles were calculated. The calculation results of this paper laid the foundation for the optimization design of indoor air distribution in air-conditioned vehicles and the research on air intake comfort control of air-conditioned cabs.
