转向节是重型卡车前桥上的关键零部件,其质量直接影响整车的可靠性和安全性。对锻造调质热处理后转向节产生的裂纹进行了较为全面的分析研究。通过对试样及裂纹的金相组织分析,发现试样表面和芯部组织分布非常均匀,而在裂纹两侧存在脱碳和氧化等现象。结合金属学理论,并综合考虑加热温度、模具质量等其他工艺因素,最终判定裂纹产生于锻造过程中,并且与坯料表面质量有关。根据分析结果,进行了相应的改进措施,采用满足热顶锻要求坯料并增加了探伤检测环节。通过后续实际生产检验,证实了对转向节裂纹原因的分析及改进措施的有效性。
The steering knuckle is a key component on the front axle of a heavy truck, the quality of which directly affects the reliability and safety of the vehicle. After forging quenching and tempering heat treatment of the knuckle crack produced a more comprehensive analysis. Through the microstructure analysis of the specimen and the crack, it is found that the distribution of the specimen surface and the core is very uniform, while the decarburization and oxidation exist on both sides of the crack. Combined with metal theory, and considering the heating temperature, mold quality and other factors, the final determination of cracks in the forging process, and the surface quality of the blank. According to the analysis results, the corresponding improvement measures were carried out, and the blanks to meet the requirements of hot forging were added and the inspection and testing links were added. Through the follow-up of actual production test, it confirms the analysis of the cause of the crack of the knuckle and the effectiveness of the improvement measures.
