1.加强质量控制措施,每月进行一次工程质量检查评定,并与经济挂钩。工资含量每月按质量评定结果进行实转。对非优良和不合格的分部分项工资含量,及时分档抽回现金,奖优罚劣制度化,每月兑现。严格执行班组间工序质量交接制度和班组质量“自检上墙”制度。2.严格执行工程质量“目标管理”,每年制定优良工程的控制对策;把完成主体工程优良品率、竣工工程优良品率、精品工程得分率指标,与各级领导班子的承包合同挂钩。优良工程应认真选择最佳施工期限、最佳施工管理、最佳总包控制,保证工程按期竣工投产。
