气管炎是一部分老年人常见的慢性顽疾,尚无根治的特效药。我在十多年的老年保健工作中,采用自我保健疗法效果较好。现简述如下,供患者参考。 一、自我保健方法 1、防治感冒。感冒是气管炎之源,锻炼身体,增强体质,坚持洗冷水脸,是防治感冒的积极方法。若患感冒,可用点穴按摩法治疗,即将两手中指各滴一点风油精(或本草油),在太阳穴按摩36下;中指再各滴一点风油精,在迎香穴按摩36下;大拇指各滴一点风油精,在风池穴按摩36下。每天三四次。
