桩西采油厂五号桩油田桩74区块油藏较深、温度较高,属于典型的高温特低渗油藏,工艺措施适应难度大。目前特低渗透油藏存在注水压力不断上升、注水困难,形成了“注不进、采不出”的被动局面,严重影响了单元注水开发效果。针对这一开发矛盾,近几年桩西采油厂在进行储层伤害机理研究、回注污水处理技术研究的基础上,积极探索低渗油藏水井增注的新工艺,研究并实施了聚硅纳米降压增注工艺技术,使部分特低渗单元注水开发效果得到了一定程度改善,提高了采收率。
