矿用液压元件是流体机械进行往复运动中的关键部件,基于内流理论,利用流体动力学分析软件Flow Simulation对某液压元件进行流体动力学分析,得到切面的速度、静压、温度等相关参数云图变化。研究结果表明,运动的液压元件流场中的速度变化幅度约为9 m/s,压力变化幅度约为73 Pa,该参数变化符合流体运动规律,为液压元件实际运行过程提供一定参考价值。
Mining hydraulic components are the key components in the reciprocating motion of the fluid machine. Based on the theory of fluid flow, a hydrodynamic analysis of a hydraulic component is carried out by means of the fluid dynamics analysis software Flow Simulation to obtain the related parameters of velocity, static pressure and temperature of the section Cloud map changes. The results show that the velocity variation of the moving hydraulic element is about 9 m / s and the pressure variation is about 73 Pa. The change of this parameter accords with the law of fluid movement, which provides a reference value for the actual operation of hydraulic components.
