2010年是完成“十一五”目标、谋划“十二五”发展的关键之年,也是市县人力资源社会保障部门工作的开局之年。作为这次政府机构改革中新组建的人社部门,其所有工作都是围绕尊重人的劳动、发挥人的潜力、保障人的权益、促进人的发展来开展的,在改善保障民生事业、促进经济社会发展方面发挥着重要作用。要按照重在持续、重在提升、重在统筹、重在为民的要求,坚持以服务经济社会发展为根本,以民生为本、人才优先为主线,以城乡就业、社会保障、人事人才、劳动维权为重点,积极发挥新作用,奋力实现新作为,努力开创新局面,为推动经济社会又好又快发展做出新贡献。
