因地种植,是经济有效利用盐渍土的重要措施之一。因此,深入研究各种作物的耐盐范围是具有重大的生产实践的意义的。高粱和谷子是比较耐盐的作物,但是耐盐的程度究竟如何,各地区有无不同,似有研究的必要。叶戈罗夫曾将作物的耐盐性分为不耐盐、中度耐盐和高度耐盐三类,而将高粱列入中度耐盐一类,耐盐力为0.4—0.6%
