商品期货市场是进行期货合约买卖的市场,它不仅受各国和地区的政治、经济等因素的影响,而且还有大量的投机者参与市场交易。在这种条件下,没有完善的期货市场管理体系和与之相应的期货交易法规,就很难避免营私舞弊、不公平竞争、价格暴涨暴跌及市场秩序混乱等现象的发生。因此,建立并完善期货市场管理体系和期货交易法规是进一步稳定发展
Commodity futures market is a market for trading futures contracts. It is not only affected by the political and economic factors of countries and regions, but also a large number of speculators participate in market transactions. Under such conditions, without a perfect futures market management system and corresponding futures trading regulations, it is very difficult to avoid phenomena such as malpractice, unfair competition, sudden price fluctuations, and chaotic market order.
