The historical events taught in the course of ancient world history took place thousands of years ago and up to a million years ago. It is now far away from the present and it is not easy for them and contemporary events to be directly related to this. Then, how can the curriculum of the world’s ancient history serve the proletarian politics? This is a question that must be considered by history instructors who teach the ancient history of the world. We know that the primary task of history science is to understand the laws of the development of social history and draw on historical experience to solve current problems. Starting from this point of view, I believe that the basic approach of the world’s ancient history as the service of the proletariat’s politics is to elucidate the law of the development of productive forces and relations of production in social development, the interrelationship between the economic foundation and the development of superstructure, and the historical role of class struggle.
