员工培训的最终目的就是实现企业和员工的双赢。务实、良好的培训工作不仅能为企业又好又快地科学发展提供智力保障,成为推动企业创新的动力之源,也能不断提升员工自身技术及相关素质,使员工得到成长而终生受益。因此做好企业员工的培训工作,最重要的就是要结合企业实际,细致了解员工培训需求,制定培训方案,选择最合适的培训方式、方法来进行员工培训。
