利用爆炸冲击试验对三维编织碳 /环氧复合材料聚能冲击性能进行了研究 ,并分析了三维编织碳 /环氧复合材料的聚能冲击破坏的宏观和微观破坏机理。结果表明 ,导爆索直接与碳 /环氧接触时 ,碳 /环氧复合材料将被破坏 ;在导爆索和碳 /环氧之间加入橡胶 ,可以保护碳 /环氧复合材料不被破坏。
The impact energy of three-dimensional braided carbon / epoxy composites was investigated by means of impact test. The macroscopic and microscopic failure mechanisms of the three-dimensional braided carbon / epoxy composites were also analyzed. The results indicate that the carbon / epoxy composite will be destroyed when the detonating cord is in direct contact with the carbon / epoxy; rubber is added between the detonating cord and the carbon / epoxy to protect the carbon / epoxy composite from damage .
