目的:优选华中五味子中木脂素的提取工艺。方法:采用超声处理法提取华中五味子木脂素中五味子醇甲、五味子酯甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素,通过正交实验考察溶剂、提取时间、料液比、提取次数对提取工艺的影响,用高效液相色谱法测定其含量。结果:华中五味子木脂素的最佳提取工艺为:料液比为1∶5(三氯甲烷)g/mL,超声提取1次30 min。结论:该工艺简单可行,是提取木脂素的有效方法,为综合开发华中五味子药材提供了实验依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of lignans in Schisandra chinensis. Methods: Schisandra chinensis, Schisandra chinensis, Schisandra chinensis and Schisandrin B were extracted by ultrasonic treatment. The effects of solvent, extraction time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction times on the extraction process were investigated by orthogonal experiments , And its content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The best extraction technology of lignans from Huazhong was: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1: 5 (trichloromethane) g / mL, ultrasonic extraction for 30 min. Conclusion: The process is simple and feasible, which is an effective method for extracting lignans. It provides an experimental basis for the comprehensive development of Schisandra chinensis.
