目的建立海洋药用生物紫贻贝(Mytilus edulislinnaeus)的HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:Agilent Zorbax XDB C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm;5.0μm)色谱柱,1.0 mL.min-1流速,210 nm检测波长,360 nm参比波长,20μL进样量,30℃柱温,乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水(B)梯度洗脱。结果建立了紫贻贝的HPLC指纹图谱,包含13个共有峰,指纹图谱特征明显,化学信息完整。方法的系统适应性测定结果符合指纹图谱的技术规范。结论首次建立的紫贻贝HPLC参考指纹图谱,可用于紫贻贝的快速真伪鉴别。
Objective To establish an HPLC fingerprinting of marine medicinal bio-mussel (Mytilus edulislinnaeus). Methods The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Agilent Zorbax XDB C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm; 5.0 μm), 1.0 mL.min-1 flow rate, detection wavelength at 210 nm, reference wavelength at 360 nm, The sample volume, 30 ℃ column temperature, acetonitrile (A) -0.1% phosphoric acid water (B) gradient. Results The HPLC fingerprinting of violet mussel was established and contained 13 common peaks. The fingerprints of the mussel were characterized clearly and the chemical information was complete. The systematic suitability of the method is in accordance with the fingerprinting specifications. Conclusion The HPLC fingerprint of the purple mussel was established for the first time and could be used for the rapid identification of the violet mussel.
