作者对新建立的一株小鼠T淋巴细胞性白血病克隆细胞株(LAC-1)生物学特性进行研究。结果表明:LAC-1细胞为Thy 1.1~+、Thy 1.2~-的分化早期T淋巴细胞性瘤细胞克隆,具有典型的淋巴细胞性白血病细胞形态学特征;它具有41超二倍染色体组型,电镜下可见胞浆内含小鼠白血病病毒颗粒,X-C检测为阳性;LAC-1细胞在体外培养中呈明显的白细胞介素2依赖性,体内致瘤作用严格受宿主的组织相容性限制,与母系L783白血病细胞相比,其致瘤活性明显减弱。LAO-1克隆细胞株的建立为我国T-S-Z小鼠白血病/淋巴瘤系统提供了一个新的体外研究模型。
The authors studied the biological characteristics of a newly established mouse mouse T-lymphocytic leukemia clonal cell line (LAC-1). The results showed that LAC-1 cells were T cell clones with early Thy 1.1~+ and Thy 1.2~- differentiation, and they had typical lymphocyte leukemic cell morphological features; it had a 41 super-dual karyotype. Electron microscopy showed that cytoplasmic mouse leukemia virus particles were detected positive by XC; LAC-1 cells showed obvious interleukin 2 dependence in vitro culture, and tumorigenicity in vivo was strictly restricted by the host’s histocompatibility. Compared with maternal L783 leukemia cells, its tumorigenic activity was significantly reduced. The establishment of a LAO-1 clone cell line provides a new in vitro model for the T-S-Z mouse leukemia/lymphoma system in China.
