本研究以Sorghum属中 7个近似种的种子为试验材料 ,采用CTAB、SDS、CTAB与SDS相结合及TaKaRaDNA提取试剂盒等 4种方法提取DNA ,并对不同提取方法所获取的DNA纯度、浓度及DNA提取率进行研究分析比较。结果表明 :采用Moller方法对其 7个近似种的基因组DNA的提取为最佳方法。
In this study, the seeds of seven similar species in Sorghum genus were used as experimental materials. DNA was extracted by four methods: CTAB, SDS, CTAB and SDS and TaKaRaDNA extraction kit. The DNA purity and concentration And DNA extraction rate of research and analysis. The results showed that the best method was to extract the genomic DNA of 7 similar species by Moller method.
