如何利用全球制造网络当中的资源,并强化自身组织学习能力,进而有效地构建应对复杂动态环境的战略柔性?针对这一问题,本文整合社会网络理论与组织学习理论,采用长三角地区276家全球制造企业问卷调查数据,运用结构方程建模方法,发现企业网络嵌入是资源柔性的主要来源,而内部组织学习能力是协调柔性的主要来源。本文研究深化了网络和学习视角下的战略柔性前因理论研究,并为本土业如何利用全球制造网络有效地构建应对复杂动态环境的战略柔性提供了一定实践参考。
How to make full use of the resources in the global manufacturing network and strengthen its organizational learning ability so as to effectively build the strategic flexibility to deal with complex dynamic environment? In response to this problem, this article integrates social network theory and organizational learning theory, using 276 global Manufacturing enterprise survey data, the use of structural equation modeling method found that enterprise network embedding is the main source of resource flexibility, and internal organizational learning ability is the main source of coordination flexibility. This study deepens the study of strategic flexible antecedents from the perspective of network and learning, and provides some practical references for how the local industry can make use of global manufacturing networks to effectively build strategic flexibility to deal with complex dynamic environments.
