考察甲醇(乙醇)超声、甲醇(乙醇)回流、甲醇(乙醇)连续回流、甲醇(乙醇)常温浸泡等不同提取方法对阔克阿木提果皮总黄酮提取效果的影响,并探讨所得黄酮类化合物的抗氧化活性.结果表明,用甲醇和乙醇回流法黄酮提取率最高且接近分别为21.90 mg/g和21.71 mg/g,RSD值分别为0.32和0.82,并且在给定的质量浓度范围内(0.1~0.6 mg/m L)黄酮类组分清除DPPH达到83.99%,且浓度高于0.25 mol/m L时明显高于BHT,黄酮类组分清除羟基自由的能力达92.80%,浓度大概在0.35 mol/m L以上时高于BHT.
The effects of different extraction methods, such as methanol (ethanol), methanol (ethanol) reflux, continuous refluxing of methanol (ethanol) and soaking at room temperature in methanol (ethanol) on the extraction of total flavonoids from peel of Acorus gramineus were investigated. The results showed that the extraction rates of flavonoids by methanol and ethanol reflux were the highest and close to 21.90 mg / g and 21.71 mg / g, respectively, with RSD values of 0.32 and 0.82, respectively.
