采用高效液相色谱法分析了“促细胞代谢素注射液”中的活性成份多肽 ,并研究其与稳定性关系。“促细胞代谢素注射液”中的多肽由十几种成份组成 ,其肽谱图与进口“爱维治”基本相同 ;高温和强光照射能明显改变本品的肽谱图 ;室温考察时 ,其多肽组成稳定。本研究不仅为分析“促细胞代谢素注射液”的活性成份多肽提供了一种可行的方法 ,而且为研究其稳定性提供了科学的依据。
High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) was used to analyze the active ingredient peptides in “Pro-cellular Metalloprotein Injection” and its relationship with stability. Peptide in the “Metabolism Injection” consists of more than a dozen components, and its peptide spectrum is basically the same as that of the imported “Aiviagen”. High temperature and light irradiation can obviously change the peptide spectrum of the product; at room temperature , Its polypeptide composition is stable. This study not only provides a feasible method for the analysis of the active ingredient peptides of “injection of cetuximab”, but also provides a scientific basis for studying its stability.
