采用鉴别寄主鉴定技术,对2009~2010年采自河北省的120份玉米大斑病菌菌株进行生理小种组成及毒性分析。结果表明,共鉴定出15个生理小种致病类型,即0、1、3、N、12、13、1N、23、2N、3N、123、12N、13N、23N和123N,其中,0号和1号生理小种为优势小种,分别占总分离数的24.2%和20.8%;其次为1N和N号生理小种,分别占总分离数的10.0%和9.2%。春玉米区大斑病菌生理小种的结构较复杂,出现多个生理小种类型,夏玉米区大斑病菌生理小种的结构相对较简单。将各菌株进行毒性分析发现,河北省玉米大斑病菌对Ht1和HtN基因的毒性较高,毒性频率分别为57.5%和37.5%;对Ht2和Ht3基因毒性较低。
A total of 120 strains of S. turcica strains collected from Hebei Province from 2009 to 2010 were analyzed for their race components and toxicity by using the identification host identification technique. The results showed that 15 physiological races were identified as 0,1,3, N, 12,13, 1N, 23,2N, 3N, 123,12N, 13N, 23N and 123N, And race 1 were the dominant races, accounting for 24.2% and 20.8% of the total number of isolates, followed by race 1N and N. It was respectively 10.0% and 9.2% of the total number of isolates. The structure of P. ramosissima physiological races is more complex in spring maize area, and more physiological races appear. The physiological races of S. turcica in summer maize area are relatively simple. Toxicity analysis of each strain showed that Toxoplasma turcica was highly toxic to Ht1 and HtN genes, with frequency of 57.5% and 37.5%, respectively. Toxicity to Ht2 and Ht3 genes was low.
