某堆积型铝土矿区铝硅比变化较大,而氧化铝拜尔法生产工艺对供矿铝硅比要求非常苛刻,必须大于7。为此,矿山目前均开采高品级矿。为最大限度地利用矿产资源,对低品级矿的合理开采利用迫在眉睫。本文通过分析低品级矿外部建设条件、建设方案、回采工艺、供配矿方案等,并进行技术经济评价,认为采用公路开拓—铰接式汽车运输方式,推土机—液压反铲开采工艺,供矿采用联合配矿法,可合理开采利用低品级矿。这不仅有效利用了有限的矿产资源、延长了矿山服务年限,而且可带来显著的社会效益和经济效益。
