I. Introduction Domestic transport buses of the Swiss Federal Railways (CFF) have been modernized since 1955. In 1955, SIG and SWS developed two new types of passenger cars. After being subjected to various forms of research and operational tests, it was put into operation in 1957 and the first batch of new passenger cars is called Type I standard passenger cars.
