Improve the fuel pressure in the vehicle direct injection diesel engine nozzle, the formation of the mixed gas and the combustion process is improved. High-frequency photographs taken by Doppler smear and a basic analysis of a single-cylinder engine confirmed the reduction of soot and unburned hydrocarbons using an injection system that is about three times more pressurized than conventional injection pressure . The degree of formation of the mixture has little effect on the emissions of nitrogen oxides and the specific fuel consumption. In addition, a notable disadvantage is the increased combustion noise. The authors believe that noise can be improved by careful optimization of fuel injection rate, eddy current strength and combustion chamber shape.
