~(99m)Tc-MIBI 作为一种较理想的心肌显像剂,多于静脉注射后60~90分钟进行显像。我们对运动后早期15分钟~(99m)Tc-MIBI 心肌断层显像进行了可行性研究,现分析报告如下。一、资料与方法1.临床资料:受试者共39例,男32例,女7例,年龄32~68岁,平均年龄52.6岁。其中对照组15例,心肌梗塞组6例,心绞痛组14例,其他组(包括心肌病、心肌炎、高血压等)4例。诊断均经 ECG、超声心动图、24小时动态 ECG、实验室检查及临床表现确定。有10例患者做了冠状动脉造影检查。2.显像仪器:系美国 GE Starcam 4000 XC 及 XR SPECT

The diagnosis was confirmed by ECG, echocardiography, 24-hour dynamic ECG, laboratory tests and clinical manifestations. Ten patients underwent coronary angiography. 2. Imaging equipment: Department of the United States GE Starcam 4000 XC and XR SPECT
