在当今迅速变迁及激烈竞争的环境中,员工是企业成功及致胜的关键因素。人力资源管理措施可增进企业成员忠诚度,而忠诚度的投入程度将会影响到员工对于企业的承诺。本文研究发现:人力资源管理对忠诚度有正向影响;忠诚度对员工承诺有正向影响;人力资源管理对员工承诺有正向影响;人力资源管理通过忠诚度对员工承诺有部分中介效果。研究结果期望能作为企业领导人或管理者于企业发展策略上应用的参考,进而提升忠诚度或改善人力资源管理措施,进而提高企业成员的员工承诺。
In today’s rapidly changing and highly competitive environment, employees are the key to business success and success. Human resource management measures can enhance the loyalty of business members, and the degree of loyalty input will affect employees’ commitment to the enterprise. This study finds that human resource management has a positive impact on loyalty; loyalty has a positive impact on employee commitment; human resource management has a positive impact on employee commitment; and human resource management has some intermediary effects on employee commitment through loyalty. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for business leaders or managers in their business development strategies to further enhance their loyalty or improve their human resources management practices so as to enhance their employees’ commitment.
