目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶MMP-9和金属蛋白酶抑制剂TIMP-1在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤临床生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学PV9000通用二步法检测50例脑胶质瘤组织中MMP-9与TIMP-1的表达情况。结果随胶质瘤恶性程度增高MMP-9表达增强,TIMP-1表达减低,两者具有相关性,且差别具有统计学意义。结论 MMP-9、TIMP-1在胶质瘤中的表达与其恶性程度具有相关性,并可能评估其预后。
Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in human glioma and its relationship with the clinical biological behavior of tumor. Methods The expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in 50 glioma tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry PV9000 universal two-step method. Results With the increase of the malignant degree of glioma, the expression of MMP-9 was enhanced and the expression of TIMP-1 was decreased. There was a correlation between the two and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in glioma is correlated with the degree of malignancy, and the prognosis may be evaluated.
