创意人其实都有点傻乎乎。小时候读过鲁迅的一句话:“我向来是不惮以最坏的恶意来推测中国人的”,不懂;长大后再读,懂了,可是做不到。在广告公司做创意这么多年,其实也很少发现严格意义上的“谎言”。从另一角度看,周围做创意的,大多都很天真单纯,很可爱。也许,做创意就该是这样的特质,这与业务人员不同。业务人员,必须是要多一些城府,多留一点心眼。单纯的创意人,梦想会多一些,现实性会少一些,所以,自我保护能力也会差一些。他们较少生意上的考虑;他们也会埋怨,也会骂“娘”,这只能说明他们脆弱的心比较容易受伤害。
Creative people are actually a bit silly. When I was a child, I read Lu Xun’s words: “I have always been insulting the Chinese people with the worst malice.” I don’t understand; when I grow up, I read and understand, but I can’t. For so many years in advertising companies to do creative work, in fact, it is rarely found in the strict sense of the “lying.” From another angle, most of the creative ideas around are very simple and cute. Perhaps creative thinking should be such a feature, which is different from business people. Business personnel must be more Ayutthaya and stay a little more relaxed. Pure creative people will have more dreams and less realism, so their self-protection ability will be worse. They have less business considerations; they will complain and they will also err on the side of “mothers.” This only shows that their vulnerable hearts are more vulnerable.
