针对液压机结构特点,应用ANSYS软件的UIDL和APDL语言,开发了覆盖常用参数YL27和YL32系列的液压机产品有限元结构设计系统。设计了图形界面参数输入对话框,实现了液压机的参数化建模,有限元分析和优化设计等功能,实现了不同结构液压机开发设计的简捷化、快速化,使得液压机的结构更加优化,材料分布更加合理,有效降低了生产制造成本和产品开发周期。最后,利用本系统对YL32-800型液压机进行了优化分析,结论表明,在不降低机床刚度和强度的条件下,机身整体重量减小了28.5%。
Aiming at the structural characteristics of hydraulic press, the finite element structural design system of hydraulic machine covering common parameters YL27 and YL32 series was developed by using UIDL and APDL language of ANSYS software. The interface of parameter input of the graphical interface is designed and the functions of parametric modeling, finite element analysis and optimal design of the hydraulic press are realized. The development and design of the hydraulic press with different structures is simplified and fast. The structure of the hydraulic press is more optimized and the material distribution More reasonable and effectively reduce manufacturing costs and product development cycle. Finally, the system is used to optimize the YL32-800 hydraulic machine. The conclusion shows that the whole body weight is reduced by 28.5% without reducing the rigidity and strength of the machine tool.
