偶氮胂Ⅲ比色测定锆是个很成熟的方法,一般在2~11N 盐酸介质中直接测定,方法的选择性及灵敏度均较高,已广泛用于矿石及多种合金(铜基、铝基、镁基、钛基)中锆的测定。我们针对本单位生产中存在的问题进行了有关试验,拟定了相应的分析方法:选择较低酸度下显色(0.5N);降低方法灵敏度,而扩大了符合比尔定律范围(10~70微克/50毫升),解决了生产中长期存在的锆值不稳定的问题。
