为了解大肠癌患者外周血自然杀伤细胞(NKC)活性和前列腺素E_2(PGE_2)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)水平变化,探讨其相互关系及临床意义,检测50例大肠癌患者外周血NKC活性和PGE_2、TNF水平及其手术前后变化,并与对照组比较。结果大肠癌组NKC活性明显下降(P<0.01),而PGE_2、TNF水平明显升高(P<0.05、0.001)。肿瘤根治术后NKC活性恢复,并接近正常水平,PGE_2、TNF水平回落;而非肿瘤根治术前后则均无显著改变。提示大肠癌患者NKC活性下降与PGE_2、TNF水平升高有关,肿瘤负荷是NKC活性下降,PGE_2、TNF水下升高的主要原因之一。动态监测外周血NKC活性和PGE_2、TNF水平可作为评价大肠癌患者手术疗效、监测复发和估计预后的良好指标。
To understand the changes of peripheral blood natural killer cell (NKC) activity and prostaglandin E2 (PGE_2) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) levels in patients with colorectal cancer, to explore their relationship and clinical significance, to detect peripheral blood NKC activity in 50 patients with colorectal cancer. PGE 2 , TNF levels and changes before and after surgery, and compared with the control group. Results The activity of NKC in colorectal cancer group was significantly decreased (P<0.01), while the level of PGE2 and TNF was significantly increased (P<0.05, 0.001). After radical surgery, the activity of NKC recovered and approached the normal level. The levels of PGE 2 and TNF decreased. No significant changes were observed before and after non-tumor radical surgery. It is suggested that the decrease of NKC activity in patients with colorectal cancer is related to the increase of PGE 2 and TNF levels. Tumor burden is one of the main reasons for the decrease of NKC activity and the increase of PGE 2 and TNF under water. Dynamic monitoring of peripheral blood NKC activity and PGE 2 , TNF levels can be used as a good indicator to evaluate the curative effect of patients with colorectal cancer, monitor recurrence and estimate the prognosis.
