环境内分泌干扰物能够影响人类的神经发育。已有研究表明多氯联苯、二英、邻苯二甲酸酯及大豆异黄酮等能够影响性别角色行为,其可能机制是通过干扰在大脑发育中起关键调节作用的下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺或下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴,影响性激素分泌,从而影响神经发育。但环境内分泌干扰物如何调控性激素对性别角色行为作用的具体机制尚不清楚。该文在现有研究的基础上,综述了环境内分泌干扰物对儿童性别角色行为的影响及可能作用机制。
