随着社会经济发展及人口密度增加,环境噪声日益严重。我国目前对控制环境噪声污染还是较为重视,但与日益严重的噪声污染状况相比,我国在防治噪声污染立法层面的工作,特别是噪声污染损害的认定标准未能与时俱进。本文通过对环境噪声污染的定义、分类及危害三个方面进行分析,找到环境噪声污染特征及其认定面临的困境,旨在制定具有指导性和应用性的噪声污染认定标准,以净化我们的声环境,保障人民群众身体健康。 As socio-economic development and population density increase, the environmental noise is worsening day by day. At present, China attaches more importance to the control of environmental noise pollution. However, compared with the increasingly serious noise pollution situation, our country’s efforts in preventing and controlling the noise pollution legislation, especially the recognition standards of noise pollution damage, have not kept pace with the times. Through the analysis of the definition, classification and hazard of environmental noise pollution, this paper finds the characteristics of environmental noise pollution and the difficulties it finds to face, and aims to formulate a directive and applied standard of noise pollution to purify our sound Environment, protect the health of the people.
