采用常规方法对西藏喜玛拉雅山中部林地土壤中放线菌进行了初步鉴定与分类,并进行了生理生化鉴定。结果表明,该地区放线菌可分为10个属,以链霉菌属占优势;链霉菌属可分为11个类群,以球孢类群占优势;生理生化试验中,参试菌的纤维素分解能力、淀粉水解能力以及明胶液化能力较强;拮抗试验中,抗霉菌的菌株数较多,抗G+菌的菌株数比抗G-菌的菌株数多。
The actinomycetes in the soil in the central Himalayas of Tibet were preliminarily identified and classified by routine methods and their physiological and biochemical characteristics were identified. The results showed that the actinomycetes in this area can be divided into 10 genera, which belonged to Streptomyces. Streptomyces could be divided into 11 groups, dominated by coccidiosis. In physiological and biochemical tests, cellulose Decomposing ability, starch hydrolyzing ability and liquefaction ability of gelatin were stronger. In the antagonistic test, the number of antimycotic strains was more, the number of anti-G + bacteria strains was more than the anti-G-bacteria strains.
