分别从省、市、地(市)和企业角度分析危化品安全监管电子政务系统对危险源、事故隐患和危险化工工艺等的监管流程和报表。同时,结合地理信息系统(GiS)技术设计系统数据库,并提出该系统应该具有事故隐患管理、重大危险源管理、危险化工工艺管理、统计分析功能和企业基本信息这5个主要功能模块。危化品安全监管电子政务系统可为政府和危化企业等单位提供高效的信息化管理工具。
Respectively from the perspectives of provinces, cities, prefectures (cities) and enterprises, analyzes the regulatory processes and statements of dangerous chemicals, hazardous chemicals and hazardous chemicals in the e-government system of hazardous chemicals safety regulation.
