检测回肠功能的试验很多,但敏感性、特异性和复杂性各异。本文介绍~(75)硒标记合成胆盐——SeHCAT(taurine conjugate of 23-[75Se]-25-homocholio acid)吸收试验,并估价该试验的临床效果。研究对象为10例正常男子;12例回肠Crohn病(包括8例回肠切除者),其中病变或切除范围局限者(<50cm)6例,范围广泛者6例(>50 cm);6例结肠炎症性肠病(IBD),其中3例为Crohn病,3例为溃疡性结肠炎;2例回、结肠混合性Crohn病。于试验第1日空腹口服11_μCi SeHCAT,接着进标准Lundh试餐,分别在0、6、12、24、46、96和168小时以γ射线检测系
There are many tests to test ileum but they differ in sensitivity, specificity and complexity. This article describes the absorption of ~ (75) selenium-labeled bHC salt (taurine conjugate of 23- [75Se] -25-homocholio acid) and evaluates the clinical efficacy of this test. The study included 10 normal men, 12 patients with ileal Crohn’s disease (including 8 patients with ileum resection), 6 patients (> 50cm) with limited or excision range (<50cm), 6 patients Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), Crohn disease in 3 cases, ulcerative colitis in 3 cases, and Crohn’s disease in 2 cases of recurrent and colon mixed. 11_μCi SeHCAT was orally administered on the 1st day of the experiment, followed by the standard Lundh test. The γ ray detection system was used at 0, 6, 12, 24, 46, 96 and 168 hours
