文献曾报导过高能带电粒子和中子对探测器性能的影响。并把性能的变化主要归结为体性质(如寿命,电阻率)的改变。本文则研究了对体性质影响较弱的r辐照对金-硅面垒探测器性能的影响。包括反向电流、噪声、分弁率、势垒电容和输出脉冲辐度的变化。并把它们相互联系起来进行了详细的分析和讨论。得出如下结论:r辐照后,前三个特性都变坏,并证明了这是由于表面漏电的增加所引起的;势垒电容变化不大,但略有减少;对目前所使用的硅材料,在低偏压时,γ辐照后,由于寿命的降低输出脉冲幅度也会降低。对这些变化都作了某些解释。
The literature has reported the influence of energetic charged particles and neutrons on detector performance. And the performance changes are mainly due to changes in the nature of the body (such as life, resistivity). In this paper, the effect of r radiation, which has a weak effect on the body properties, on the performance of gold-silicon surface barrier detectors was investigated. Including the reverse current, noise, fractionation rate, the barrier capacitor and the output pulse changes in the intensity. And linked them to each other for a detailed analysis and discussion. The following conclusions are drawn: r After irradiation, the first three properties deteriorate and prove to be due to an increase in surface leakage; the barrier capacitance does not change much but decreases slightly; Materials, at low bias, gamma irradiation, due to reduced life expectancy output pulse amplitude will be reduced.
