文内对脓毒症时血浆TNF、IL-1和IL-6水平的改变与PGE_2水平之间的关系进行了研究,同时测定了脾巨噬细胞合成的PGE_2以及布洛芬阻滞环氧化酶对脾巨噬细胞素释放的作用。选用雄性S-D鼠,重260~360g。实验前一天晚上禁食。乙醚麻醉后结扎盲肠并造成穿孔(CLP),对照组仅行剖腹探查。上述两组动物分别在术后2、5、10和20小时处死,对未经手术的大鼠行心脏穿刺采血测定血浆中细胞素和内毒素基值。结果示,实验组的血浆内毒素水平在所有4个时间点均有明显上升,其中在第2、5和20小时上升最为显著(P<0.05)。循环中TNF在头10个小时明显升高(P<0.05),高峰在2小时
The relationship between the changes of plasma TNF, IL-1 and IL-6 levels and the level of PGE 2 in sepsis was studied in this paper.
